Experience: All Candidates should have experience in their relevant fields.

- Candidates must possess an in-depth understanding of the construction sector.
- Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering or architecture, while an MBA is highly recommended.
- Candidates must have at least five years of team management and project management experience in the construction industry.
- Candidates need to have a track record of effective people management and strong leadership.
- Candidates should be extremely responsible and motivated by themselves.
- Candidates must be fluent in English, and being able to communicate with Chinese speakers is advantageous.
- Candidates have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Duties and responsibilities of the candidate:-
- Regularly meet with clients to discuss progress
- “Eyes and ears in the field” for the client
- Keep an eye on and manage project investment and project financing.
- Planned, coordinate, and manage the projects in accordance with the deadline and the demands of the clients.
- Ensure that the project is built in accordance with the client’s and designer’s plans by supervising daily construction.
- assist the architect with CAD drawings or perform other tasks as needed.
- In charge of client relationships and business development.
- Providing on-site assistance with contractors.
- Make certain subcontractors uphold the highest standard of craftsmanship
