Positions Available:
- CAFM Operator:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in CAFM software and facilities management.
- Strong knowledge of facility management processes and procedures.
- Ability to generate reports and analyze data.
- Electrical Technician:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of electrical systems and equipment.
- Ability to work with electrical tools and equipment.
- Home Appliance Technician:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in repairing and servicing home appliances.
- Knowledge of various home appliance brands and models.
- Ability to diagnose and fix appliance issues.
- HVAC Technician:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment.
- Ability to work with HVAC tools and equipment.
- Multi Technician:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in general maintenance and repair.
- Knowledge of various maintenance tasks, including plumbing, carpentry, and painting.
