2. Transfer data from paper formats into computer files or database systems using keyboards, data recorders, or optical scanners.
3. Verify data by comparing it to source documents
4. Create spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes.
5. Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested.
6. Update existing data.
7. Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
Eligibility:
1. High school diploma.
2. Candidate with previous experience in a similar position.
3. Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, and handle multiple priorities with very little notice.
4. Proficient in Microsoft word, excel, outlook, and general computer use.
