- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction supervision.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in scaffolding erection and dismantling.
- Knowledge of scaffolding safety standards and procedures.
- Ability to supervise scaffolding work.
- MEP Foreman:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems.
- Knowledge of MEP installation and maintenance.
- Ability to supervise MEP work.
- Block Mason Foreman:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in masonry work.
- Knowledge of masonry techniques and materials.
- Ability to supervise masonry work.
- Internal Finishing Foreman:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in interior finishing work.
- Knowledge of painting, tiling, and other finishing techniques.
