Job Description for Hiring for Operations Supervisor:

Suman Management Consultants is recruiting for a leading project in Saudi Arabia. We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee operations at a Fuel Storage Station.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate daily operations of the Fuel Storage Station.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Monitor and optimize plant processes and equipment performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues.
• Supervise and guide the operations team.

Requirements:

• Chemical/Mechanical/Instrumentation Engineering degree with 8-10 years of experience in plant process or related field.
• Proven experience in shipyard operations is mandatory.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
