Job Description for Hiring for Service Sales Engineer:

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Service Sales Engineer to join a reputed company in Oman. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HT Motor Rewinding Sales and a proven track record of success in the Gulf region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit clients to assess motor conditions and recommend necessary services (rewinding, overhauling)
• Manage territory and drive revenue growth through on-site visits and client interactions
• Identify customer needs, develop effective sales strategies, and negotiate deals
• Understand market dynamics, competitor pricing, and local market conditions
• Build strong relationships with clients and maintain a diverse customer base

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Graduate/Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 10+ years of experience
• At least 3 years of experience in Motor Rewinding Sales or 5+ years in a related field
• Strong understanding of Motor Rewinding business and processes
• Proven track record of sales success and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in computer skills
