1. OPERATIONS SUPERVISORS
- Diploma or Bachelor with a Minimum of 10 years of experience in managing and co-execute all activities like Product packing, loading, unloading, despatch, Store stocking, Receiving loading/unloading, and Inventory management.
- Equipment handling experience in Processing (Sormac), Harvesting and Packing, Seeding, Water treatment MHE, Greenhouse mobility central compressor, Cold storage, and Hygiene stations.
2. AQUACULTURE SUPERVISORS
- Professional Aquaculture degree with Minimum 4 years of experience in Planning, monitoring, and executing all fish-related tasks, including feeding, grading, disease control, ailment treatments, water quality testing, and harvesting. Should have experience in Tilapia and Barramundi fish species.
- Operation of fish feeder, Cohort planning for fish, RAS production forecast, Disease monitoring, and control, Active management of fish health, Feed planning & execution, and Hatchery management.
3. FACILITY OPERATORS
- Govt. recognized ITI with a Minimum of 5 years of experience in Product packing, loading, unloading, despatch, Store stocking, inventory control, Receiving loading/unloading, EPP boards cleaning, Hygiene tools, and supplies.
- Equipment handling experience like Processing (Sormac), Packing, Water Treatment (Reverse Osmosis Plant), MHE & mobility.
4. GREENHOUSE SUPERVISORS
- Professional horticulture/agriculture degree/diploma with a Minimum of 10 years of experience in Water chemistry, Crop health, Transplant crops, Plantation planning, Harvest planning & execution, Plant nutrition, Supplement management, and IPM.
- Equipment handling experiences like GH mobility, Fogging trolley, Germination rack, and Seeding machines.
5. AQUACULTURE GROWER
- Govt. recognized ITI with a Minimum of 4 years of experience in RAS Feeding and Grading, of fish, harvesting, transporting, and moving all fish within the fish house and hatchery stocking/grading and feeding as required in the cohort cycle.

13. DOCUMENT CONTROLLERS

14. SAFETY OFFICERS
Diploma/certification related to HSE with a minimum of 8 years’ experience in HSE on construction projects. Monitor health and safety, and assess risk at the workplace.
