JOB DETAILS:

Position: QA/QC DEPUTY MANAGER

Requirements:

  • 20 years’ experience specifically in Operational Maintenance of Oil & Gas in which minimum 5 years as QA/QC lead position.
  • Able to handle QA/QC works for minor brownfield projects including mechanical, civil, electrical works.
  • Able to handle QA/QC works for In-house/subcontractors work for Civil, Mech., Electrical, Scaffolding, Painting, Insulation, NDT works.
  • Excellent knowledge of international codes and standards.
  • Certification from ASME/CSWIP, NDT Level-2, ISO internal auditor certification,
  • Able to prepare & review procedures for QA/QC activities for maint. works.
  • Good knowledge of gas plant processes.
  • Repair & maintenance of Static & Rotary Equipment, Piping repairs, hot tapping.
  • Knowledge of ERP system and maintenance Management modules
  • At least handling 5 major Turnaround experiences is preferred.
  • Education: Degree in Mechanical engineering
