Job Position:

1. General Manager – MEP

  • Mech. Engineer with at least 20 years of exp. in MEP Industry. Min. of 10 years in the GCC region out of which min. of 3-5 yrs as GM with a well-known Grade “A” MEP Contracting Co. & should have exposure to handling techno-commercial aspects of multiple MEP Projects.
  • Able to lead & manage Project Team & Sub Contractors for successful implementation of MEP projects of the division. Should have excellent Communication Skills & should possess GCC Driving License. Knowledge of Oracle ERP will be an added advantage. A Detailed Job Description is attached herewith.
  • Report to CEO & he will supervise Assistant General Managers – Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing & other Department heads such as Tendering Department, Design Section heads such as Mechanical Design, Plumbing Design and Electrical Design within Air Conditioning Division.

2. Asst. General Manager – Landscape & Pools Division

  • Horticulturist / Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, with a minimum of 15 years of exp. in the Landscaping Industry with at least 7-10 years exp. in the GCC region in handling techno-commercial aspects of multiple Landscaping & Swimming Pool Projects. Should be able to lead and manage the Project Team &Sub Contractors for the successful implementation of Landscape & Swimming Pool projects of the division. Should have excellent Communication Skills & should possess GCC Driving License. Knowledge of Oracle ERP will be an added advantage. Reporting to CEO.
